Honey Apple Sauce

Ingredients

2 lbs of apples - peeled, cored and diced

1/3 cup of apple juice

1/2 teaspoon of honey


Directions: peel, core and dice apples. Place apples and apple juice in a small pan. Use low heat and stir slowly. Let the apples cook down to a pureed stirring frequently. Once the apples are pureed, add honey stirring it in slowly. Serve.
